- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet operational demands
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of tires, wheels, parts, and related inventory
- Develop and implement warehouse processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices
- Coordinate maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support customer needs and business objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records
- Previous warehouse management or inventory management experience required
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
- Experience supervising and developing employees
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the tire, automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial industry is preferred
- Forklift certification or experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures - Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed
