Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our client’s team in New Caney, TX. This position involves working primarily outdoors, organizing materials, assisting with loading and unloading, maintaining a clean and safe yard, and supporting daily warehouse and yard operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable performing physical work, and able to work effectively in an outdoor environment.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard.
• Assist customers and team members with locating and handling materials.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Perform general yard cleanup, including removing debris and keeping work areas clear.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and preparing materials for shipment or pickup.
• Verify materials and products for accuracy and report damaged items when necessary.
• Safely lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work effectively with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and yard personnel.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

• Previous yard, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift approximately 40- 50 lbs. As needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
