As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life‑changing care for children with autism and their families.
Benefits- Pay: $19–$22 with bonus potential of up to $6,000

- Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics: document management, tracking people and resources, and internal/external communication with referral sources.
- Provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current families.
- Develop subject‑matter expertise on autism to help families understand how we help children and how we can help them.
- Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.

- A positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage families.
- 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
- A passion for work that benefits children with ASD and their families.

- Commitment to show up daily and be a leader at your center.
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
