As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

- Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication with referral sources
- Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families
- Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help families understand how we help our children and how we can help them
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

- 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families

- A deep commitment to show up every day and be a leader at your center
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
