Speech Pathologist
This position offers opportunities for two Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment located in Converse, TX. The roles include a part-time (20 hours/week) and a full-time (37.5 hours/week) opening, covering caseloads split between high school and elementary school settings. These positions are contracted for the current school year, from March 31, 2026, through May 29, 2026, to cover a maternity leave.
Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy services across the K-12 spectrum
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and evaluate students speech and language needs
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Current professional license as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Ability to manage split caseloads effectively across elementary and high school age groups
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and background checks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
