This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at our Converse, TX location. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines. Responsibilities include managing production teams, planning and managing schedules, monitoring inventory and supply needs, implementing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with other departments for workflow optimization. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide production teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee production schedules and ensure efficiency.
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in quality control, safety regulations, and maintaining compliance across production processes.
• Experience in production planning, problem-solving, and process improvement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of production equipment and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a similar production or manufacturing management role is preferred.
