- A unique opportunity to work as a Licensed Nurse while also supervising and training our team of Resident Assistants.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled and schedule our team to provide excellent care to our residents while adhering to budgeted hours.
- Monitor Individualized Care Plans and Daily Assignment Sheets
- Active LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license in the State of Texas
- Two years of experience working in a senior living environment as a licensed nurse is required
- One year of experience as a manager or leader in a senior living community is required
- Past experience in scheduling is preferred
