** Job Overview:
** The CDL Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor tasks while operating commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites. This role is crucial for supporting construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) including dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy equipment, to transport materials such as dirt, asphalt, rock, and construction equipment.
Load and unload materials and equipment manually or using appropriate tools and machinery.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in safe operating condition and reporting any defects or malfunctions.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and securing materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in and around the vehicle and on job sites.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other personnel.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including logs, manifests, and inspection reports.
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and equipment as needed.
Work collaboratively with construction crews to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Job Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in a construction or utility environment.
Ability to safely operate various types of heavy equipment is a plus.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
