We're seeking a skilled CDL Lubricants Delivery Driver to join our team in Converse, TX (near San Antonio). You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants to local customers, helping keep their equipment and operations running smoothly.

• Valid Class A or B CDL required
• Tanker (N) endorsement required
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience

• Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills
• Capability to work weekends

• Transporting Lubes by tote, drum, or case goods using tankwagon and bobtail trucks.
• Deliveries may include pumping of product from/to a tote, drum, or tank.
• Safely driving truck to and from destination applying knowledge of DOT driving regulations and area roads.
• Checking loads to ensure product is being hauled in an appropriate and safe manner.
• Verifying directions with operations manager or customer service before leaving the plant to ensure delivery to the correct customer and job site.
• Striving to meet customer expectations without exception and achieve highly positive customer satisfaction survey results consistent with strategic objectives.
• Developing extensive working relationships with customers, both external and internal, in order to maximize opportunities and to ensure customer needs are addressed.
• Keeping equipment in acceptable condition of cleanliness using approved cleaning materials and supplies.
• Maintaining cell phone contact with supervisor/manager to receive and transmit delivery instructions.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights brakes, gas, fuel, oil, and water.
• Visual inspections on customer’s site of tanks and products to check for water contamination. Use sludge judge to assist in inspection.
• Completing Lubes Service Dispatch Sheet, Vehicle Bulk, and Tote bulk log paperwork at end of shift.
• Performing minor roadside repairs, such as installing light bulbs.
• Maintaining good working knowledge of the traffic routes of the area.
