Warehouse Lead

AH Beck Foundation is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and support our Warehouse Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands‑on, and ready to take on a leadership position while still being actively involved in day‑to‑day warehouse tasks.

• Perform all Warehouse Attendant duties including loading/unloading, staging, and inventory handling
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with inventory documentation to accurately track inventory and material flow
• Coordinate with Warehouse Attendants to ensure job site orders are pulled, packaged, and palletized efficiently and on time
• Organize and track all materials returning from job sites
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
• Enforce and uphold all safety procedures and protocols
• Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor to improve processes and workflow
• Handle other duties as assigned

• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on work ethic
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in warehouse operations (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in exterior conditions required.
• Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
• Flexibility to adjust to changes and multitask effectively.

• Monday through Friday 7am-5pm, Saturdays may be required from 7am-12pm.
