Accounting & Cancellations Clerk

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to bridge the gap between our F&I department and the accounting office. This is a critical position responsible for the final processing of aftermarket cancellations. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment where accuracy is the top priority, this is your spot.

• Processing: Handling cancellations of F&I (Finance and Insurance) products, GAP, and service contracts.
• Refunds & Accounting: Calculating accurate prorated refunds, posting cancellations to the Dealership Management System (DMS), and coordinating with the accounting department for refund checks.
• Vendor Communication: Submitting cancellation requests to vendors and tracking their status.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed, compliant records of all canceled contracts.
• Customer Support: Resolving customer inquiries regarding cancellations.

• Experience: Experience in accounting or automotive dealership office work is preferred.
• Skills: Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office or DMS software, and knowledge of or ability to learn warranty policies.
• Attributes: Good communication skills and the ability to work with lenders and customers.
