Job Summary
The office representative will assist in administering procedures within the office and maintain records and special projects. Will serve as telephone receptionist, provide office information, arranging and scheduling appointments, organizing and preserving paper and computer files, managing projects, performing research, and distributing information through the use of telephone, mail, and email.
Minimum Qualifications- Secretarial or office experience preferred.
- Experience in computer and data entry required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to relate well with all patient age groups.
- Often lifts supplies and equipment.
- Manual dexterity and mobility.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
High School Graduate or business or office degree preferred.
Experience2 years’ experience in office experience.
