• Lead a small team of branch associates focused on contributing to new revenue by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions solutions.
• Conduct outside sales efforts to generate new business clients while maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.
• Educate associates, customers, and communities about best practices for financial wellness and Regions technologies (mobile, online, ATM) designed to make banking easier.
• Coach and develop branch associates through execution of Regions  iConnect process with guidance from mentors and internal support partners.
• Provide consistent coaching to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Educate and advise customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Ensure a consistent, optimal customer experience, including handling transactional needs as needed to meet customer preferences.
• Resolve escalated customer and associate issues in partnership with senior leadership and Human Resources.
• Manage recruiting and selection for the assigned branch and maintain relationships with Line of Business partners to refer complex needs to internal experts.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, laws, and internal audit requirements; ensure branch associates complete delegated operational risk management duties and maintain sound banking practices.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of financial services, sales, or sales management experience
• Ability to obtain an active Life Insurance License within twelve (12) months and maintain continuing education requirements
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed

• College degree
• Life Insurance License
• Supervisory experience in financial services
• Five (5) years of banking and/or lending experience
• Five (5) years of relationship-based client consultation experience

• Mastery of key guidance and education concepts
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to provide effective feedback and guidance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

This position is exempt from timekeeping under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible.
