Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator

PAVING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS in Central Arkansas based out of Conway, Arkansas.

• Operate paving equipment, rollers, skid steers, and related machinery with high competency and proficiency.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑inspections and document results in compliance with company policies.
• Conduct servicing and maintenance of equipment as directed.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform general labor duties when necessary and other tasks as assigned.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

• Experience with asphalt paving equipment required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of asphalt paving experience preferred.
• Experience with road construction in high traffic areas and some knowledge of MUTCD traffic control preferred.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Can safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
• Ability to follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug tests and random testing.
