PositionPAVING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS in Central Arkansas based out of Conway, Arkansas.
Job Responsibilities- Operate paving equipment, rollers, skid steers, and related machinery with high competency and proficiency.
- Perform daily pre‑ and post‑inspections and document results in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct servicing and maintenance of equipment as directed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform general labor duties when necessary and other tasks as assigned.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Experience with asphalt paving equipment required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of asphalt paving experience preferred.
- Experience with road construction in high traffic areas and some knowledge of MUTCD traffic control preferred.
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Can safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights.
- Ability to follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug tests and random testing.
