Corco Construction seeks a Project Manager II to independently manage assigned commercial, industrial, build-out, and ground-up projects from planning through closeout. You will own day-to-day performance across schedule, budget, safety, and documentation, coordinating with superintendents, architects, engineers, and clients.
The ideal candidate brings 3–7+ years of PM experience, a construction management degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
