Job Summary: Create, update, and maintain the University of Central Arkansas social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Cub Connect, Cub Hub, Link Tree, , Pinterest, and You Tube. This includes posting news, announcements, events, photos, and job opportunities, as well as engaging followers through comments, polls, and followers highlights. The role also involves designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas using Canva, monitoring analytics, conducting email and in-person interviews with alumni and students, and ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual content across all accounts.
Responsibilities- Manage and schedule content across all social media accounts.
- Create a weekly social media calendar.
- Ensure uniform tone, voice, and graphic consistency across all platforms.
- Highlight alumni and student interns through email interviews.
- Highlight employers at networking events and conduct in-person interviews (UCA Alumni preferred).
- Engage followers with comments, polls, and other interactive elements.
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas using Canva.
- Monitor, respond to messages, and maintain analytics under staff supervision.
- Serve as a member of the Student Support Staff (SSN).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
