Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Warranty Administrator/SOP Parts based in Conway, AR. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims and processes, ordering parts, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with manufacturers and customers. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses, assisting customers with warranty-related inquiries, and collaborating with the service team to resolve claims efficiently.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Warranty Administration and ensuring accurate documentation of claims
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interactions with customers and manufacturers
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy to manage digital platforms and warranty processes
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus
