Customer Service & Collections Representative
$16.50/hr starting Pay + Commission
Day shift schedule
:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ; 8:30 am - 5 :00 pm

What You’ll Do:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling customer appointments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; ability to multi-task
- Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us
- $16.50/hr. starting pay +
