** Scott Petroleum is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.

* Key Responsibilities:
** 1.
** Customer Service:*
* · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
· Provide information about products and promotions
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
· Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach
· Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment 2.
** Orders and Deliveries:*
* · Handling customer orders by phone and in person
· Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
· Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals 3.
** Safety and Compliance:*
* · Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and compliance guidelines

* · High school diploma or equivalent preferred
