• Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests
• Conduct tours of the community
• Market to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email
• Develop and maintain customer service relationships
• Close sales and secure leases
• Assist with daily office operations and property file maintenance
• Plan and organize resident functions
• Prepare marketing materials

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service
• Ability to handle basic office tasks
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime if required
• Proficiency in MS Office software and office equipment
