About the Position

General Dentist Full‑Time at Southern Oak Dental in Conway, SC. The office is equipped with the latest technology, and we are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school
• Current South Carolina license or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice, whether new or previous
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

• $800 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first year
• 30% of adjusted production in the 2nd year and beyond
• Sign‑on bonus of $10,000
• Eligibility for Pathway to Partnership
• Annual CE budget of $2,500 and extensive in‑house CE program
• Full medical and benefits licensure and DEA expenses covered
• Malpractice insurance covered
• ADA and state dues, as well as AAP dues covered
• Internal programs covering multiple specialties and subjects
