Conway Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 12-month locum tenens opportunity in Conway, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for an EM-trained physician seeking competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a well-supported emergency department.

• $400/hour

• All-inclusive rate cap of $425/hour, including travel and lodging

• 12-month assignment beginning August 2026

• Minimum of just 3 shifts per month

• Full specialty backup available

• No call requirement

• Strong NP/PA support

• Meditech EMR

• 33,500 annual visits

• 91 average patients/day

• 20 ED beds

• 12 ICU beds

• 20.1% admission rate

• 16.9% EMS volume

• Level III Trauma Center

36 physician hours/day with dedicated NP/PA coverage of 20 hours/day.

• 6:00 AM 3:00 PM

• 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

• 3:00 PM 12:00 AM

• 9:00 PM 6:00 AM

• 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

• 12:00 PM 12:00 AM

• 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Candidates must have:

• ABEM or ABOEM Board Certification

• Emergency Medicine residency training

• Active Arkansas Medical License

• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS

• Arkansas DEA
