Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and delivery of instruction for day, evening, weekend, and online classes
• Responsible for student assessment and grading
• Provides timely communication with students, staff, and administrators of the College

• Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in any field
• Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience, particularly in higher education; experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution; demonstrated teaching ability; instructional experience and leadership experience at a community college; ability to use an online platform; online delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and experience or interest in project based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning

Rate of Pay: $765 per credit hour

Employee must frequently manipulate items with fingers for keyboarding, sit, stand, walk; require close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and/or visual inspection at close distances.

Applications will be kept on file for the fiscal year ending June 30. After each fiscal year end the application will expire and a new application must be completed to remain in the applicant pool.
