Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of instruction for day, evening, weekend, and online classes
- Responsible for student assessment and grading
- Provides timely communication with students, staff, and administrators of the College
- Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in any field
- Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience, particularly in higher education; experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution; demonstrated teaching ability; instructional experience and leadership experience at a community college; ability to use an online platform; online delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and experience or interest in project based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning
Rate of Pay: $765 per credit hour
Physical DemandsEmployee must frequently manipulate items with fingers for keyboarding, sit, stand, walk; require close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and/or visual inspection at close distances.
