The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is seeking a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor (9-month appointment) to join the School of Nursing. This on-campus role is designed for a doctorally prepared (DNP or PhD) Family Nurse Practitioner who will shape the next generation of nursing professionals. The successful candidate will lead innovative educational programs, conduct scholarly research, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive academic environment.

This tenure track position focuses on teaching, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, collaboration and mentorship. The faculty member will facilitate student learning, engage in research and scholarship, focus on continuous professional development and provide institutional, professional and community service.
