- Plan developmentally appropriate activities across developmental domains for children enrolled
- Utilize appropriate assessment strategies to monitor progress of children.
- Follow all licensing requirements for the State of Arkansas and accreditation criteria (NAEYC).
- Assist the Director as needed (teacher assistant schedules/training, special events, etc.).
Knowledge of Arkansas licensing standards required.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
PreferredEducation and/or Experience
At least three (3) years of experience in early childhood education. Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation criteria preferred.
License(s)/Certifications (Required or Preferred)Must hold a valid teaching license from the State of Arkansas.
