• Plan developmentally appropriate activities across developmental domains for children enrolled
• Utilize appropriate assessment strategies to monitor progress of children.
• Follow all licensing requirements for the State of Arkansas and accreditation criteria (NAEYC).
• Assist the Director as needed (teacher assistant schedules/training, special events, etc.).

Knowledge of Arkansas licensing standards required.

• Knowledge of the organization and administration of higher education.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and university rules, regulations and procedures.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.

At least three (3) years of experience in early childhood education. Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation criteria preferred.

Must hold a valid teaching license from the State of Arkansas.
