As part of the senior leadership team and report to the Plant Manager. You will mentor and manage one direct report and be responsible for project contractors and project teams.

Compensation: $110,000 - $155,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + generous 401k match + strong benefits + relocation

Responsibilities

• Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
• Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.
• Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or related degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering/manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Strategy and budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.
• Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior-level innovation think tank.
• Continuous improvement experience is required.
