  • Lead and mentor a team of telecommunications engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement engineering strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure timeline, financial and quality compliance on projects
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Oversee the design of telecommunications systems.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on complex engineering issues.
  • Collaboration and Time Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of telecommunications systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop and enforce engineering standards and procedures.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide technical support and expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, components and architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ArcGIS, Microsoft suite, AutoCAD.
