The Financial Representative role is a full‑time hybrid position based in Conway, AR, with a mix of in‑office and work‑from‑home responsibilities. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, assessing their current financial situation, and developing tailored strategies using life insurance, annuities, investments, and savings programs. The role involves educating clients on retirement planning, college savings options, and risk management, as well as recommending appropriate products that align with their objectives and risk tolerance.
The Financial Representative will also manage ongoing client relationships, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust plans as needed to reflect changes in market conditions and client circumstances. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal teams and resources to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build and manage long‑term strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze options, explain risk and return, and construct appropriate portfolios.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products to support clients in managing risk and protecting assets.
- Relevant licenses such as FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 (or the ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe) are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data, use financial planning tools, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office and remote responsibilities.
