Builders Capital Exchange seeks an experienced RTL Special Assets Analyst to protect capital and maximize recovery on Residential Transitional Loans. You’ll work with leadership, servicing partners, and capital partners to resolve non-performing assets while minimizing losses and preserving relationships.
The role focuses on RTL workouts, collateral resolution, impairment reserves, and OREO asset management for 4–6 unit properties. Strong GAAP knowledge and communication skills are essential.
