Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role as a Therapist based in Conway, AR. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents, develop personalized treatment plans, assess patients' progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The Therapist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective therapeutic interventions. Additional responsibilities include participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and contributing to a supportive treatment environment.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in therapy methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to develop treatment plans, assess patient progress, and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and maintaining confidential patient records
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field (required)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas
- Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health challenges is preferred
- Ability to work in a team-driven, compassionate environment dedicated to patient care and recovery
