Mental Health, Behavior Technician/RBT
Your Role & Impact
At KIDS ABA Services, we believe ABA is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every moment of engagement, every new skill gained, and every step toward independence matters. We build teams of clinicians who are energized by progress, grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and united by a shared mission: helping children thrive.
We’re looking for RBTs who want more than a job; we’re looking for individuals who want to make meaningful contributions to children, families, and the future of the ABA field.
As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you will work directly with children to build communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills that foster independence. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, partner with families, and celebrate progress big and small.
Your work matters—and it creates lasting impact for both children and their families.
