Clinical Supervision
At KIDS ABA Services, we don’t just deliver therapy, we build clinical leaders. As our Associate Clinical Director, you’ll carry a small, focused caseload while stepping into real leadership: mentoring our BCBA team, shaping clinical quality, and helping the next generation of clinicians grow.
What You Will DoLead a Small, Focused Caseload
- Carry a direct caseload of up to 5 clients – assessment, individualized treatment planning, and data-based clinical decisions, with the time to do each one right.
- Deliver meaningful parent and caregiver training, and partner closely with families on their child’s progress.
- Supervise, coach, and grow a team of 5–7 BCBAs through fidelity checks, 1:1s, and regular team meetings, helping them become the clinicians (and leaders) they want to be.
- Support clinical quality across the team, ensuring treatment plans and supervision meet the highest ethical and BACB standards.
- Serve as a trusted clinical point of contact, stepping up as clinical lead when the Clinical Director is out.
- Conduct clinical audits and fidelity monitoring, using data to drive real improvements in client outcomes.
- Help shape clinical policies, onboarding, and training that make every clinician on the team stronger.
- Collaborate with administration and HR to keep clinical operations running smoothly, without the operational weight landing solely on you.
Support That Actually Shows Up
- A caseload cap of 5 so you’re never buried – quality over volume, every time.
- Dedicated administrative and scheduling support so your hours go to clinical work, not busywork.
- A structured supervision and onboarding system – you step into a framework, not a vacuum.
- Modern clinical tools (KAS uses Motivity) that make data collection and documentation faster, not harder.
- KAS Elevate Leadership Academy – our own six-month leadership development program built around the HEART Framework, so you grow as a leader, not just a clinician.
- A clear path to Clinical Director – this role is built as a runway, with mentorship from leadership along the way.
- Ongoing mentorship and 1:1 development from a leadership team that believes in building people up.
- [CEU stipend / annual professional development budget: $____] to keep you current and certified.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) retirement plan – We match up to 4%
- Paid time off and paid holidays – 16 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays
- BACB recertification / license reimbursement – we cover approved CEUs and BACB recertification cost up to $250
- Educational assistance – Loan Repayment Assistance - up to $5250 per year
KIDS ABA Services was built from the ground up to serve Arkansas families, and to be the kind of place clinicians actually want to build a career. We’re a growing, multi-site organization that pairs meaningful, mission-driven work with real infrastructure, real support, and real opportunities to lead. When we say we develop leaders, we mean it.
Who You AreRequired
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of post-certification BCBA experience, including at least 1–2 years supervising or mentoring other clinicians.
- Comfort carrying a caseload and providing BACB-compliant supervision.
- Working knowledge of Medicaid / MCO documentation and authorization requirements.
- You lead by example and genuinely enjoy developing other clinicians.
