The Social Worker (MSW) at MUSC Community Physicians provides psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and direct clinical social work in an acute psychiatric setting for a complex patient caseload. The role collaborates with the health care team to ensure safe transitions and follow-up as needed.
Requires a CSWE-accredited MSW, SC licensure, and strong communication skills. PRN weekend shifts (6 hours on Sat/Sun) may apply, with safety care and BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
