Mental Health Professional Trainer - Netsmart Focus
Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional Trainer to join our team. The role will be responsible for all new hire Mental Health Professional training, including Netsmart my Avatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an independent Arkansas license and experience providing services in a behavioral health or community mental health organization.
This position is full‑time, exempt (salaried) and reports to the Clinical Vice President.
Work hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart my Avatar Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Maintain and update Netsmart training materials, distribute reports to clinical leadership, and attend to support and training requests of MHPs and other clinical roles.
- Make recommendations on the clinical appropriateness of correction requests that are submitted and provide additional support for tasks related to my Avatar as requested.
- Attend the my Avatar CWS calls, utilize Netsmart Connect, and review other resources to support the clinical practice and workflow of the organization.
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
- Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Mental Health Professional.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- A passion for training and developing other Mental Health Professionals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and problem‑solve as needed.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
