- Obtain (within 6 months) or maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) issued by the Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The District will provide guidance on the initial and ongoing certification process as needed
- Complete district provided crisis intervention training
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience with basic curriculum knowledge including mathematics, reading, and writing in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Significant experience working with students with problem behaviors including autism preferred
