Director of Physical Therapy

Full Time with Benefits Director of Physical Therapy – DPT Opening:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with leadership experience to oversee and support Physical Therapist and PTA’s. You will be managing the therapy program while ensuring high-quality patient care. This permanent opportunity is in Hope, AR.

• Compensation notes: $115k to $135k – Based on Experience
• Paid Time Off

Schedule:
Day Shift / 8 hour days – guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week

• Oversee the Therapy program including providing evaluations for Physical Therapist
• This role will include a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services
• The Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services within the facility.

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist License and Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2-5 years management experience in a therapy setting.
• Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings.
• CAH experience preferred but not required
