The Staff Therapist II provides independent care for a complex patient population, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to professional growth.
They have at least one year of professional experience or have completed all facility competencies required for the role.
Candidates must hold an Arkansas State license and CPR certification (which can be obtained after hire).
Qualifications include:
- Occupational Therapist: OTR or registry eligible with a BS or MS from an AOTA-accredited program.
- Physical Therapist:
Arkansas licensure by the State Board of Physical Therapy. - Speech-Language Pathologist:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Recreation Therapist: B.A. in Recreation or a related field.
