Provide personal care services to patients under Nursing Leadership;
Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15 minute intervals or per individualized guidelines;
Document timely and accurate clinical information in the patient's medical record;
Assist with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration, and changing bed linens;
Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups and engage patients to meet treatment goals
