Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs-Hematology; TN, AL, MS, AR

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs-Hematology (TN, AL, MS, AR) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This field-based leadership role will focus on medical affairs activities within hematology, with a strong emphasis on hematological malignancies across the assigned territory. The position will serve as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, helping translate complex clinical data into actionable insight. It will also support research, education, and cross-functional strategy by bringing field intelligence back into the organization.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,500 – $245,500 annually

• Build and maintain peer-level relationships with key opinion leaders in hematological malignancies
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for healthcare professionals, translating complex science into clear insights
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research through site identification and scientific exchange
• Share field insights on research and treatment landscape trends with internal stakeholders
• Identify gaps in research and education to help shape medical strategy
• Represent the organization at medical conferences and gather competitive and scientific intelligence
• Collaborate across Medical and Commercial teams to advance shared goals
• Respond to scientific inquiries with accurate and compliant information

• Advanced clinical or science degree such as MD, PharmD, or PhD, or equivalent scientific background
• 3+ years of related work experience in clinical, managed care, or industry settings
• Strong ability to communicate scientific and clinical data in multiple formats
• Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to build internal networks across Medical and Commercial functions
• Recent experience in relevant therapeutic areas
• Prior experience in a field medical role is preferred
