Lance Soft in Batesville, AR is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in a full-time role with Tuesday–Friday four 10-hour day shifts. No weekends or on-call.
You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide outpatient PT services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
