A leading regional healthcare organization in Arkansas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for PTs who are passionate about helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life in an outpatient setting.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality rehabilitative care.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families regarding exercises and recovery goals
- Collaborate with therapists and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required
- Arkansas PT License required
- CPR Certification required
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and communication skills required
- Excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week
