Job Summary:

The healthcare professional is a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) based in an unspecified location. This urgent short-term assignment involves providing specialized nursing care in the labor and delivery unit. The position is designed to support the facilitys needs with flexible scheduling and an emphasis on delivering quality maternal and neonatal care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), every other weekend required, call shifts approximately twice per scheduled period.
• Schedule:
  
  48 hours per week, with accommodation for blocked scheduling based on preferences.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Minimum of 2+ years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, active Arkansas (AR) or multistate license, certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Postpartum experience is preferred.
• Additional Information:
  The position is a vacant opening, with an open-ended duration between 8 and 26 weeks, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027. The assignment does not require travel. This role involves providing high-quality maternal and neonatal nursing care within a busy labor and delivery unit, with options to customize scheduling preferences in the submission.
