WhatYou'll Do
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will serve as a trusted HR partner and advisor to our business units, providing comprehensive HR support that aligns with our company’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations, coaching managers through complex issues, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Supporting HR operations, including HRIS data integrity, compliance, and policy enforcement.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent.
- Administering benefits and leave programs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, supporting performance management, and fostering a vibrant company culture.
- Collaborating on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and contributing to continuous HR process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience); minimum 6 years HR experience.
- Proven success in employee relations, investigations, and complex case management.
- Hands‑on experience with full-cycle recruitment and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with multi‑state employment laws and compliance.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems (preferably UKG), and ATS.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, process‑driven, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently with sound judgment.
