What you'll do:

Own our hiring. Run full-cycle recruiting for our RBTs, BTs, and BCBAs — partnering with clinic managers who help you screen, so you keep great candidates moving.

Welcome every new hire. Build an onboarding experience that feels warm and organized, and keep certifications, background checks, and renewals on  the person people trust. Answer questions, resolve conflicts early and fairly, and protect a respectful, positive workplace.

Make people want to stay. Lead recognition, engagement, and the everyday things that drive real retention — the heart of this role.

Keep us solid. Administer benefits, coordinate payroll (Paycom), and own HR compliance (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, and Arkansas law).Shape how we work. Refine the handbook, policies, and onboarding to reflect the culture we're proud of.

Required2+ years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or specialist) and ready to step up into a manager role Working knowledge of employment-law basics (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO)
Hands-on hiring and onboarding experience

Strong organization, communication, and discretion

Comfort with HRIS/payroll software (Paycom a plus)
Bachelor's in HR or business — or equivalent experience

Preferred (a plus, not required)
HR experience in healthcare, ABA, childcare, or high-volume hiringPHR or SHRM-CP certification

Experience building or improving HR processesA genuine love for people and culture work
