HR generalists are at the center of the employee experience—answering questions, keeping processes moving, supporting managers, coordinating programs, and helping employees navigate important moments at work.

Intelli Trans is hiring a People & Culture HR Generalist for our Conway, Arkansas, hybrid team
. This is a hands‑on HR role for someone who enjoys variety, follows through, and can move from an employee question to an onboarding task to a training coordination project with confidence.

What your days may include

• Responding to employee and manager questions about HR policies and processes
• Maintaining accurate and timely employee records
• Coordinating onboarding, orientation, interviews, offers, and separations
• Supporting benefits questions and annual compensation processes
• Assisting with recruiting, phone screens, and interview scheduling
• Coordinating training and maintaining the Learning Management System
• Supporting engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and employee programs
• Helping improve everyday HR processes and the employee experience

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Experience using an HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management System
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and provide dependable HR support
• Experience with hybrid, remote, multi-state, or global teams is a plus
