Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employee learning and development? This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to gain practical workplace experience in training administration, skills development, employee onboarding, reporting, and learner support. The intern will assist with the planning, preparation, coordination, recordkeeping, and follow-up activities required to ensure training programmes run smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Gain- Practical experience in training administration and coordination

- Experience supporting training sessions, inductions, and employee development initiatives

- Assist with scheduling training sessions, workshops, inductions, and meetings
- Prepare training registers, attendance sheets, materials, certificates, and feedback forms
- Capture and update training data, learner records, attendance registers, and completion records
- Support communication with employees, learners, facilitators, service providers, and stakeholders
- Assist with booking venues, arranging refreshments, preparing training rooms, and supporting virtual training sessions
- Maintain organised training files and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Assist with compiling training reports, statistics, and general administration
- Respond to training-related queries and provide administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team
- Completed or studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development
- Must require workplace experience or be seeking internship experience
- Must be currently unemployed
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Accurate when capturing information and working with documents
- Professional when dealing with employees, learners, and stakeholders
- Able to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow up on tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
