Associate Decision Support Analyst; Onsite - Conway, AR

Overview

Assists clients with business solution definition, campaign management, and business intelligence tools and/or processes, helping to ensure accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready‑to‑market data.

• Fully understand client data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready‑to‑market data.
• Execute and analyze decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Research, troubleshoot, administer applications, conduct user training, and make code changes.
• Audit post‑production changes to ensure SLA compliance.
• Execute moderately complex campaigns including review of specifications, client sign‑off, and dynamic campaign execution.
• Implement and manage Acxiom's Data Mart build processes, reporting, analytics, and campaign execution.
• Maintain and improve client relationships through increased communication, and act as point of contact for certain campaigns.
• Contribute to research processes for technical operations, documenting and performing performance monitoring and tuning for user applications and environments.
• Participate in change management processes for existing solutions, documenting code changes and enhancing data documentation.
• Investigate and advise on processing efficiencies, redundancies, and optimal data use to clients.
• Drive and share best practices, adoption of standards, and lessons learned with internal teams.

• Functional knowledge of solution management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Solid understanding of relational database design.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL‑SQL, Perl, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, ETL tools.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of IT practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders, resolve issues, and conduct research.
• Strong attention to detail and auditing skills.
