UX​/UI Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead the entire design lifecycle — from ideation and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and scalable design systems. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape innovative, user‑centered digital experiences that align with our product and business goals.

• Own the end‑to‑end design process — from wireframes and interactive prototypes to final, developer‑ready designs
• Lead the creative direction of your projects, crafting visually stunning and highly functional interfaces for web and mobile
• Translate business needs and user feedback into intuitive, accessible design solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation
• Document design decisions and workflows clearly for technical handoff and product alignment
• Conduct or integrate user research and usability testing to improve product experiences continuously
• Contribute strategically to product development and innovation from a user‑first perspective

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering complete design solutions
• Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating design discussions and presenting to stakeholders and clients
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, interaction patterns, and responsive design
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems, asset libraries, and reusable components
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and own multiple projects from concept to delivery
• Strong aesthetic sense and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail in execution

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and taking strategic ownership of product direction
• Hands‑on user research experience and the ability to apply insights effectively
• Familiarity with immersive or next‑gen design technologies (e.g., AR/VR/MR)
• A portfolio demonstrating innovative product design, strategic thinking, and visual excellence
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with iterative development cycles
• Knowledge of basic frontend development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
