Job Summary:

The LPR Recovery Agent is responsible for recovering collateral and assets for our clients. This role requires steady nerves and a calm attitude to navigate challenges while working under remote supervision. The LPR Recovery Agent will drive a provided vehicle equipped with technology for scanning, running/updating accounts, and collecting data in a designated area.

This job entails the use of License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, heavy surveillance, and collaboration with our team of recovery agents to locate and secure our client's collateral. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with an investigative mindset to assist with locating vehicles within your designated area. If you enjoy working outdoors, this is the perfect job for you!

The LPR Recovery Agent will manage accounts, investigate, and communicate with the office when a vehicle is found. The primary goal is to recover our clients’ assets while adhering to company policies and procedures. The harder you work, the more you earn. The areas and tasks change daily, adding to the job's interest.

Note: Our company vehicles do not go home with you; you must have reliable transportation.

Schedule:

10-12 hour shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to act discreetly.
• Computer and smartphone savvy.
• Ability to work without direct supervision in an outdoor environment following direction from a remote management team.
• Ability to communicate clearly, courteously, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations.
• Reliable, good attendance, strong work ethic, and high integrity.
• Good communication, analytical, and street knowledge skills.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and tablet skills including internet and email; must have a smartphone with service.
• Clean driving record; subject to background and drug test.
• Clean, presentable appearance; reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be 23 years of age due to insurance requirements.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.
