About the RoleThe Pharmacy Shipping Technician ensures the accurate and timely delivery of personalized, custom‑compounded therapies. The role involves meticulous order verification, documentation, and collaboration with the Shipping and Receiving Department to maintain quality and compliance.
Responsibilities- Inspect and confirm order details to ensure perfect accuracy for every personalized shipment.
- Handle and prepare custom therapies with care, confirming that the correct treatment reaches the right patient each time.
- Prioritize prompt, secure shipping to deliver tailored compounds swiftly, enabling patients to start a transition to better health.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records to support compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal protocols.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and subordinates to support seamless operations within a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and address potential roadblocks to maintain smooth operations.
- Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills for accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Exceptional multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation with creative thinking to maintain high service standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Shipping and Receiving Department.
- Team‑oriented attitude, working well with peers, supervisors, and subordinates.
Current high school student, high school diploma, or equivalent required.
